Shipping & returns
We ship across Canada from Toronto. Here is what it costs, how long it takes, and how returns work. No surprises at checkout.

Where we ship
Canada only, to every province and territory. We do not ship internationally right now. Orders go out by Canada Post from Toronto, usually the next business day. Marc packs them himself, so orders placed after 2pm Friday go out Monday.
Delivery times
These are typical Canada Post windows once an order ships. Weather and remote routes can add days.
- Ontario & Quebec: 2 to 4 business days.
- Atlantic Canada & Manitoba: 3 to 6 business days.
- Saskatchewan, Alberta, BC: 4 to 7 business days.
- Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and remote postal codes: 8 to 12 business days, sometimes longer. If your address is one of these, we will email you a realistic estimate before shipping.
Shipping cost
- Flat $12 CAD shipping on orders under $95.
- Free shipping on orders of $95 CAD or more.
- Shipping to the territories may carry a small surcharge, shown before you confirm.
All prices and charges are in Canadian dollars.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return most items. Here is the honest breakdown, because "free returns" always has fine print somewhere.
- Unused, in original condition: full refund to your original payment method. We cover the return label.
- Changed your mind after light use (washed the linen, seasoned the pan): case by case. Email us. Often we can still refund, sometimes partially. We do not resell used goods as new.
- Faulty or defective: we always cover return shipping and replace or refund, see the warranty note below.
Start a return by emailing [email protected] with your order number. We reply within one business day and send a prepaid label where it applies. Refunds land 3 to 5 business days after we receive the item.
Who pays return shipping
- We pay when the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong thing.
- You pay when it is a change of mind on a used item and we still agree to take it back.
Warranty on defects
We stand behind genuine manufacturing defects with no time limit: a handle rivet that fails, a blade that chips in normal use, a seam that comes apart. Send a photo to [email protected] and we replace it or refund you.
This does not cover normal wear, rust from leaving carbon steel wet, a dropped knife, or damage from dishwasher use where we told you not to. Those are not defects, and we will say so kindly but plainly.
Damaged in transit
If a box arrives crushed or an item is broken, take a photo before you toss the packaging and email us within 7 days. We sort a replacement fast and deal with Canada Post ourselves.
