Who we are

North Pantry is a home and kitchen shop operating at piprafyferos.com from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Using this site or placing an order means you accept these terms.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are shown before applicable shipping.
• Placing an order through checkout sends us a request. A contract of sale is formed only when we confirm stock and you approve the invoice. Until then, either side can walk away.
• We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced through an obvious error, or if we cannot ship to your location. If you already paid, we refund you in full.
• Any sales taxes required by Canadian law will be shown on your invoice before you pay.

Payment

We do not take card details on this website. Once we confirm your order, we send a secure invoice through a third-party payment processor. Your payment relationship for that step is with the processor under their terms.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery times, shipping costs, our 30-day returns and the defect warranty are set out on the shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Product descriptions

We describe our goods as honestly as we can, including where they need care or have limits. Natural materials like carbon steel and linen vary in colour, patina and texture, and those variations are not defects. Images are representative.

Acceptable use

Use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or misuse the contact and order forms. We may restrict access for misuse.

Intellectual property

The North Pantry name, site text, layout, photography and graphics are ours or used with permission, and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. You may of course link to our pages.

Limitation of liability

We stand behind our goods, but to the extent permitted by law, North Pantry is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products beyond the value of the item purchased. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law or other applicable Canadian law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes fall under the courts of Ontario.
